• Packages include varying levels of federal database searches (direct-hit or comprehensive, including misspellings and pending applications), professional application preparation, specimen digitization, and monitoring.
• Government filing fees are extra and paid directly to the USPTO (starting at $250–$350 per class).
• Services are non-refundable once preparation begins. Serial numbers are typically issued within 20 business days after USPTO filing.

2. Eligibility and Your Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the trademark owner.
• Provide accurate information. We are not liable for errors in your submissions.
• Trademarks must be distinctive. We perform searches, but approval is not guaranteed—USPTO rejection rates are ~50%.
• You agree not to use our services for illegal or infringing activities.

3. Payments and Fees

• Prices are starting rates; final costs depend on classes and add-ons.
• Payments are processed securely. All sales are final; no refunds for completed work.
• We may update prices with notice.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations
